Scaynes Hill Village
The group is very sociable and a great way to meet other people in the village. We also support village events like the Flower show and the Neighbourhood Plan meetings.
For the past four years we have organized and held a Christmas Bazaar and invite local Charities at no charge to come and join us and they keep all the monies that they make at the Bazaar. We have already started to plan for the 2017 Christmas Bazaar, which has been renamed Christmas Market.
We have speakers on all sorts of topics at the monthly meetings and during the year visits are arranged to places of interest. This year one of our trips will be to tour The Houses of Parliament.
This year the WI will be celebrating 100 years since the first WI in the UK was formed, so there will be many activities surrounding this momentous time.
On the fourth Wednesday of each month, from 2.00pm to 4.30pm we hold a craft group in the Millennium Centre. Sometimes we learn a new skill, sometimes we bring along our own projects to work on whilst chatting!

On the third Wednesday of each month we arrange a lunch or tea meeting at a local restaurant or café for any members who wish to come along.
Scaynes Hill WI welcomes any ladies from Scaynes Hill or surrounding areas to come and join us. We meet on the second Wednesday afternoon of each month from 2.00pm - 4.30pm in the Millennium Centre.
